Operation Dry Water 2011 a Success in Reducing Drunken Boating in Virginia

In his latest post to our VA personal injury attorneys’ website, my colleague John Cooper reports that Operation Dry Water, a nationwide anti-drunken boating effort aimed at reducing the number of alcohol and drug-related accidents among boaters, was a success during the 2011 July 4th weekend. John notes that a boating accident can result in serious injuries or death.
